Qualified candidates MUST have previous hands on management experience with underground utility and fiber construction.
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and completion of underground utility construction projects. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in underground utility construction
- Ability and skill in operating excavating equipment, placement of manholes, duct banks and all facets of underground utility construction.
- Must possess strong leadership, problem solving, decision making, analytical skills and organizational skills.
- Excellent ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Class A CDL a plus
