Electrical Superintendent
A progressive and established 30 year old business is in search of an experienced Electrical Estimator / Superintendent with field experience for commercial new construction, retail, and tenant renovation projects. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be committed to working in a team atmosphere. Duties consist of but not limited to:
- Plan, estimate, organize, manage, and monitor the electrical aspects for all projects from start to finish
- Responsible for completing each project on time, within budget and in full compliance of all job specifications, code requirements, plans, and contractual agreements
- Forecast and oversee ordering of material and tools
- Prepare technical documentation and reports to keep Division Manager fully aware of project status
- Prepare, submit, and track change orders
- Participate in inter-departmental and outside agency meetings
- Skilled in prioritizing, organization, and time management of field electricians
- Manage budget cost and schedule manpower
- Candidates must be able to successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and criminal history check
